Feb 2016 ----------- 3rd storm of the season and all the three times, we had to wait for about 10 hrs for their tractors to come. After the tractors come, they do a HORRIBLE job. There are BIG lumps of snow left all over. BIG lumps. on the driveway itself! Note, our driveway is pretty new. So no issues there. The snow is never cleared - to the point that my car gets stuck. I have to manually shovel. Today, they have messed up my backyard. The operator got stuck on my grass and its a mess back there. beyond horrible. beyond ridiculous. What a COMPLETE waste of money. Never again.
